Are there any additional fees?
Nope. What you see here is what you’ll be charged (plus taxes, of course). There are no additional fees for storage, account setup, adding users, or technical support.
Is there a minimum purchase?
PDQ Connect starts at 100 devices per year. Additional devices may be added.
How does my free trial work?
During your free trial, you can enroll unlimited devices and try all of PDQ Connect’s features for 14 days, no credit card required.
Ready to purchase PDQ Connect? Do so straight from your trial experience, or sign in and purchase from the PDQ portal.
Is there a cap on users, deployments, or custom packages?
Nope! While PDQ Connect is priced per device, there is no limit on how many teammates you add, deployments you execute, or custom packages you create. Collaborate and deploy to your heart's content!
Do you offer any discounts?
We're happy to provide a 10% discount if you’re a nonprofit or school. We also offer flexible billing to MSPs. If either of these conditions apply to you, contact us to get set up.

How am I charged when I add devices?
Your bill is based on your plan and the number of devices in your account. Add more devices at any time. Once a month, we'll automatically add your new devices to your plan, prorated for the remainder of your subscription period.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit card payments worldwide, as well as electronic ACH transfers for U.S. bank accounts.
How long is my subscription active?
Your annual subscription is valid for one year from the time of purchase.
How does canceling or renewing my subscription work?
Your annual subscription will automatically renew. You may cancel your subscription by contacting us at [email protected] at any time. After you cancel your subscription, your plan will expire at the end of your current billing cycle.
How fast are technical priority support responses?
Starting October 14, 2024, priority technical support responses included in the premium plan ensure you receive support within 60 minutes during our business hours, excluding PDQ holidays.
Our support hours are:
Monday to Thursday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. MT
Friday: 8 a.m. – 2 p.m. MT
